This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Position Overview
The Head of HRIS & Analytics is responsible for the overall management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s HR Information System landscape, with SAP SuccessFactors as the core platform. This role ensures that HR technology supports business goals, delivers reliable data, and provides seamless experience for HR, managers, and employees.
The Head of HRIS & Analytics leads the HRIS team and acts as the key liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective digital HR solutions. The role combines strategic system ownership with hands-on project and operational responsibility.
Core Areas of Responsibility
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop the HRIS team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
- Define clear priorities, allocate responsibilities, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of system support and projects.
- Partner closely with HR business partners, HR Corporate Centers, IT, and Finance to ensure process alignment and system integration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on HR technology strategy and roadmap.
System Ownership & Governance
- Serve as the system owner for SuccessFactors and related HR applications.
- Define and maintain the overall HR systems governance, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality.
- Steers system configuration, data structures, workflows, and permissions in alignment with business and legal requirements.
- Manage system releases, upgrades, and change requests, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and communication.
- Monitor data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
System Enhancements & Projects
- Translate business requirements into system solutions and manage end-to-end delivery of enhancements, module implementations, and integrations.
- Coordinate project plans, testing, and go-live activities in collaboration with IT and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate workflows, and improve user experience.
- Manage relationships with external implementation and support partners, ensuring service quality and value.
Reporting & Analytics
- Oversee the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools, Power BI, and Excel.
- Ensure accurate and consistent HR data across systems and reports.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by supporting HR and business stakeholders with relevant insights.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy
- Stay up to date on HR technology trends, new SuccessFactors functionalities, and best practices.
- Contribute to shaping the HR digital roadmap in collaboration with HR leadership.
- Support process harmonization and standardization across countries and functions.
- Drive adoption of new tools and functionalities through effective change management and communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in implementing and managing HRIS end-to-end solution and design, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors in a global/multi-country setting and leading respective teams
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
