HR Shared Services Specialist (EMEA)

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries from employees, managers and local HR Operations teams, and requests related to standard HR processes and HR transactions supported by the EMEA HR Shared Services function, based in Prague, Czech Republic. You will manage inquiries and requests to closure, deliver efficient, effective and timely resolution, and manage requests within the set HR Service Delivery Model in EMEA. The key focus of this role is to translate business decisions into employee records. The HR Specialist identifies, navigates, researches and troubleshoots HR transactional processes by means of associated HR systems and tools (Success Factors, Online SharePoint based ticketing tool).

A more senior incumbent may act as owner for a variety of processes, and participates in special projects to improve and/or enhance the overall service.

  • Employee Satisfaction Rating
  • Number of resolved queries and cases and average resolution time
  • Data Quality Audit (completeness, timeliness, accuracy)
  • Local HR (internal customer) satisfaction and support effectiveness
     

In this role you will:

  • Be an equal contributor to the overall HR SSC department
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and execute tasks that support the whole employee population in EMEA
  • Research and resolve technical and functional issues and respond to content questions and requests within the HR shared services function
  • Collect and process HR related data into internal systems (SAP Success Factors)
  • Perform data quality checks
  • Prepare manuals, FAQs, Working Instructions, and deliver trainings as required/appropriate to the EMEA HR community
  • Deliver reports per business requirements and perform simple employee data analyses
  • Assist with the documentation of internal HR processes and controls as needed.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT Applications functions to ensure data integration and proper system performance
     

Your background:

2+ years customer service, back-office or HR experience, ideally from a dynamic corporate environment
A good understanding of centralised service delivery model, ideally in HR
A structured and process-driven work style
Practical knowledge of complex (HR) Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
Advanced user of Microsoft 365 environment
Comfortable in cross-functional and cross-country collaboration
Business Use of English
Advanced German/French/Turkish of a big advantage
