This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Position Overview

 

The HR Analyst is a key contributor to the effectiveness and sustainability of global HR operations. By maintaining data integrity, delivering insightful reporting and analytics, and supporting strategic initiatives, this role enables informed decision-making and drives continuous improvement across HR systems and processes. In addition, the position plays a vital role in supporting audits, annual & sustainability reporting, and global HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Core Areas of Responsibility

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Design and deliver HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and engagement using PowerBI and xls.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support talent management and organizational planning. 
  • Partner with HR leaders to define and track KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Data Management & Integrity

  • Translate business requirements into system solutions and manage end-to-end delivery of enhancements, module implementations, and integrations.
  • Coordinate project plans, testing, and go-live activities in collaboration with IT and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate workflows, and improve user experience.
  • Manage relationships with external implementation and support partners, ensuring service quality and value.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
  • Develop and enforce data quality protocols and best practices.

 Process Optimalization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize HR processes globally.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Document workflows and maintain process guides for HR systems.

Strategic Support

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for workforce planning and talent strategies.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as digital transformation, policy harmonization, and global initiatives
  • Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Support the HR contributions for Annual & Sustainability Reports
  • Support the preparation of HR Solutions related internal and external audits.
  • Managing Level-1 and Level-2 ticketing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR technology roles within a global environment. 
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables) and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, PMGM); experience with other HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data integration and automation tools.
  • Profound understanding of HR processes, including process documentation and improvement methodologies. 
  • Strong problem-solving and data interpretation capabilities with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders across regions. 
  • Professional certifications in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or HRIS (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
