This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Role Overview

As Team Lead for Digital Collaboration & Business Applications, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, operation, and continuous evolution of our collaboration ecosystem—spanning SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and a portfolio of PowerApps solutions. You ensure these platforms deliver a seamless user experience and reliably support our business processes and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Engineering & Operations

• Own the technical design, configuration, and performance of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, and related integrations
• Manage the full application lifecycle—from requirements and design to deployment, optimization, and retirements
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, operational monitoring, and incident resolution
• Maintain governance for security, permissions, retention, compliance, and content lifecycle

Solution Engineering & Technical Consulting

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, data models, workflows, and integration patterns
• Provide expert technical guidance and platform recommendations
• Ensure API-driven integrations, authentication flows, and data transfers follow best practices
• Apply modern UX and accessibility standards to enhance user experience
• Align with cross-functional processes across Sales, Operations, Service, Finance, and HR
• Maintain data consistency, structures, and lifecycle management across systems

Stakeholder Collaboration & Technology Leadership

• • Act as key technology partner to business leads and represent your domain on the EMEA Architecture Board
  • Serve as main technical contact for BU Energy Solutions
  • Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities (Copilot AI, Viva, new M365 workloads, Power Platform features)
  • Drive platform roadmaps, release planning, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate global projects and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners

Profile

• Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dataverse, Entra ID, and Dynamics CRM
• Solid experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions and operating business-critical platforms
• Good knowledge of project and process management methodologies
• Strong understanding of security, governance, compliance, and data protection
• Excellent English communication skills
