This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. As a Human Resources Manager/ Business Partner  you’ll play a crucial role in engaging with employees and business stakeholders. 

 

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role will managing the complete hire to retire employee lifecycle. The candidate will be required to manage end-to-end recruitment and other HR operations activities.

Key Responsibilities area :

                                                                                    

1. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour codes, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems in accordance with company policy.
  • Overseas the onboarding and exit process

 

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

 

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance and policy matters.

 

4. Performance Management & Development

  • Administer performance review processes and track progress on employee goals.
  • Identify training and development opportunities.Support career pathing and succession planning.

 

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, renewals, and communication.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leave.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and the implementation.
  • Laison with respective government agencies and local contacts.  

 

6. HR Strategy & Tools

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Should have worked on SAP HRMS module.
  • Driving innovation in HR and automation
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and supporting thought leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards

 

3. About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on innovation and collaboration. You’ll excel in this role if you have

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

 

  1.  Total Experience – 10 to 12 years in HR in a small to mid sized organization.
  2.  Postgraduate / MBA Full time in HR with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant HR Genralist experience with IT /Product based organization
  3.  Should have managed at least 300+ employee’s span
  4.  Should have played a critical role in business partnership and stakeholder management
  5.  Should be a team player and be organized.
  6.  Must have worked with an IT or Software company.
  7.  Excellent on Analytics and presenting reports to the senior management.
