Deputy Manager / Manager - Human Resources (Talent management)

Role : Dy Manager \ Manager, HR (Talent Management & Development)


Qualification required : Full Time MBA (HR)


Experience : 10 to 12 years (flexible with experience if the candidate has strong profile like good experience or tier 1/2 college)


  1. Training & Development:
    1. Complete lifecycle management of Soft skill, Technical, Compliance Trainings and Leadership Development programs.
    2. Ensuring execution of Global Training Initiatives.  
    3. MIS & Reporting and Audit of T&D
  2. Reward & Recognition:
    1. End to end Reward and Recognition Management
    2. Shall be responsible for execution of the Local and Global
  3. Performance Management :
    1. Driving Goal Setting and performance management as per timelines
    2. Publish dashboards pertaining to PMS
  4.  Employee Engagement
    1. Devising Employee Experience Enhancement projects and ensuring execution in partnership with Business and HRBPs  
    2. Employee Engagement Survey, Pules Survey thereof Action planning and Execution of the action items in partnership with Business and HRBPs  
    3. Driving employee communication - Townhalls, Connect Sessions, Leadership Connect
    4. Driving Fun at work activities including Sports, cultural Festive and events etc.
  5. Special Projects & Reporting
    1. Policy and Process
    2. Driving special and projects
    3. TM&D Dashboards, MIS and Reporting
