We have a great opportunity available for you to be part of our Sales team.  Do you have passion for providing exceptional customer services in the business-to-business international environment?  If so, this opportunity could be ideal for you.  Applicants should be comfortable in articulating complex solutions in a way that is relevant to customers.

 

Purpose and Objective. You will need to:

 

  • Be responsible for sales of the Company’s Products, Software and Services to the agreed Customer Accounts
  • Establish effective and appropriate customer relationships to fully understand customer total business requirements and present solutions, which add value to their operations
  • Ensure timely response and investigation of RFIs, RFQs and customer enquiries
  • Maintain company CRM and input to senior management as required
  • Conform to all company policies and quality system procedures as documented

 

Key Performance Indicators are to:

 

  • Ensure top-level Customer Accounts satisfaction with best-in-class customer engagement
  • Create customer centricity by putting the customer at the centre of everything you do
  • Achieve/exceed the agreed goals for the responsible territory/accounts
  • Monitor, record, input the main ‘Account development plan’

 

The Core Areas of Responsibility are:

 

  • Account management: Responsibility of assigned Customer Accounts to maximise customer satisfaction thus contributing to meeting the overall objectives
  • Identify and undertake initiatives, in regular coordination with the business unit’s management, to maximise growth in all Company Products, Software and Services
  • Identify and propose initiatives to successfully ensure top-level customer experience
  • Maintain comprehensive market and customer database records for responsible sales activities.
  • Co-ordinate company resources to ensure efficient processes (order process, contractual reviews, tenders, quotations and customer enquiries)
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue for assigned accounts through the established review process
  • Contribute to Effective Marketing and Company Strategies
  • Gather and supply market intelligence and professional input to:
    o    Anticipate market trends and continue to improve customer experience
    o    Support new product development and product marketing initiatives
    o    Support the Company’s strategy development
