Key Responsibilities

• Plan/Load/Receive daily work assignments while assuring contractual requirements are met (includes 2, 7, 15, 30-day requirements).
• Maintain Local Xcel IT infrastructure.
• Support 15+ Field Employees.
• Dispatch maintenance appointment requests per call center.
• Maintain Special instructions for meter maintenance.
• Create Monthly Reports.
• Create Department Documentation.
• Maintain Field Inventory.
• Supports and adheres to the Company’s core values.
• Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.
• Supports and adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
• Represent the Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Work independently to organize daily work assignments.
• Maintain inventory of equipment.
• Implement additional organization in the department.
• Personal Computer knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Keyboard/typing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
• 2+ Years of Basic Computer (Hardware & Software) Experience

Pay is in the range of $42,400 - $58,287 per year.  The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.  All candidates are encouraged to apply.
