This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. We are looking for a PMO Specialist to join our Customer Program Management team in Jyväskylä. 

Your responsibilities will include running and maintaining the daily PMO activities in CPI and maintaining the process documentation for both PMO organizations. You will prepare monthly reporting and follow-up, including updating the material according to the decisions by PMO Heads, publishing it and providing basic support to the PMO team members on how the process can be applied.

You have experience in 
•    project management and/or reporting,
•    process development, documentation and management in the area of project implementation,
•    Microsoft tools and Power BI 
•    working in an international environment and flexible in adaption of different management styles.

You are a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, a continuous-improvement attitude and excellent communications skills. You are fluent in English both written and spoken, additional language skills are considered an asset. You are able to travel in EMEA region and to office location.
