This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Luna – which became a part of Landis+Gyr effective by 2022 - is the leading provider of smart metering devices for electricity, water and heat and associated software solutions for Turkey with headquarter located in Cigli - Izmir. As of today, Luna is the giving service to local and international customers with more than 600 employees within two facilities and improving its products by R&D Center located in Izmir.

We’re looking for Financial Controller who will join our team in Cigli/Izmir.

What we look in candidates;

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Financial Management
• Experience in financial controlling, audit, or financial planning & analysis (Big4 is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, Turkish accounting principles,
• An excellent command of written and spoken English grammar is a must,
• Advanced level of MS Excel,
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO or SAP/S4HANA.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Preparation and reporting of monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS,
• Preparation and analysis of weekly,monthly,quarterly and yearly management reports,
• Participating in the control process of financial transactions and financial reporting across all departments,
• Monitor manufacturing cost structures including standard costing, variances, and inventory valuation.
• Analyze production metrics, material usage, labor, and overhead absorption.
• Participation to yearly budget planning, longterm business planning,
• Collaborating closely with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
