As of today, Luna is the giving service to local and international customers with more than 750 employees within two facilities and improving its products by R&D Center located in Izmir.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Finance Specialist to join our team in Cigli/Izmir. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and dashboards for leadership.

• Manage company bank accounts and bank relations.

• Monitor budgets, track performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Follow up and manage commercial receivables, perform export/import collection and payment transactions.

• Reconcile accounts, manage month-end and year-end close processes, and ensure accurate financial records.

• Follow-up guarantee letter and risk status.

• Support strategic initiatives by developing financial models and performing variance analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial procedures and systems.

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Min 3 years of experience in a finance role.

• Proficient in Excel and in SAP.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• CPA, CFA, or other financial certifications are a plus.
