Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join our team? We are looking for an ICT Application Manager to join our Swiss Customer Services Team. As the first point of contact for our external customers, you will help them overcome their daily challenges in accordance with service agreements.
What does your week look like?
- Take full ownership of software and application server issues – remote or in the cloud (SaaS) – and drive them to resolution, with the support of L2/L3 experts when needed.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses and deliver long-term solutions that make a difference.
- Collaborate closely with our Hardware Support Team when software and device interactions become complex.
- Ensure seamless communication across internal support levels and with our customers.
- Drive service implementations and rollouts (e.g., software updates, upgrades) in live customer environments.
- Support large-scale projects by helping resolve technically challenging issues and ensuring success in the field.
- Contribute your ideas to enhance and evolve our service portfolio – together with Product Management, Service Design, and Engineering.
What helps you succeed?
- A technical degree (e.g., BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience (e.g., IT specialist EFZ).
- Strong background in technical customer support, application management, or systems integration.
- Experience with telecommunications, measurement devices, or infrastructure monitoring is a plus.
- A solution-driven mindset, with the curiosity to understand complex systems and the skill to resolve them effectively.
- Structured and independent working style – you enjoy solving problems, not just ticketing them.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); French is a bonus.
- A team player who brings confidence and clarity into customer interactions – especially when things get tricky.
