For our EMEA Sales Organization, at the Company HQ in Cham, we are looking for a highly motivated: Digital Process Manager (for sales)

 

The Digital Process Manager is the business process owner for Sales Business Excellence and is operationally in charge of the CRM tool from the Sales point of view, as well as the interface with IT (SAP), the Legal department (contract management), and Marketing. The incumbent actively drives the development and efficiency of sales related processes, together with stakeholders from the business and IT, oversees training and documentation, supports and takes ownership of change requests in close collaboration with IT and external partners.
 
Overall Objectives:

  • The incumbent supports the realization of our CRM sales strategy and thereby assists all stakeholders through the development of the digital architecture in the EMEA sales environment 
  • The incumbent provides business intelligence and support to sales management for processes and reports: e.g. the “Market Survey” and the “EMEA Business Review” and provides data to the weekly sales calls
  • The incumbent is part of the EMEA “Commercial Approvals Team”, which critically assesses commercial approvals, involves stakeholders from product Management, Finance and Legal, and obtains and logs approvals from management in a timely matter and in line with the authority matrix.
  • Provides timely sales, recurring sales, and services process and systems support for CRM in the EMEA region
  • In close collaboration with Sales Management, s/he increases the value of CRM as a business support tool by: 
    • Change management: constantly improving the process for sales business management
    • Support & Training: ensuring sales user acceptance by leveraging the “Super User” community and maintaining CRM documentation
    • Reporting: supporting sales management in analysis and management of sales activities by providing tailored reports
  • Business support: be perceived as a valued business partner by the sales community

 
Expectations for Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in business, IT, business administration or equivalent business experience
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to synthetize information
  • Passion for continuous process optimization / business excellence
  • Training and project management experience is an advantage
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Comfortable in interacting with third-party stakeholders
  • Readiness for continuous further training and to keep up-to-date about the developments of products and programs
  • Excellent written and verbal English
