Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate activities of team projects to produce deliverables agreed upon with executive and/or functional management. Manage project(s) and execute activities around boundaries of scope, schedule, and cost. Develop and implement procedures and processes to develop new products and/or services. Report project statuses to relevant stakeholders. Manage external, internal, and capital project costs. Utilize agile and stage-gate methodology for project, including applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Conduct budgetary and resource capacity planning for current and planned projects. Participate in organizational focus groups.
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field and five years of experience Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) methodologies. Experience must include three years each of the following: project management scheduling software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Planview Enterprise One; configuration management and change control methodologies; and working with hardware and software (Agile and Waterfall) development methodologies and conducting incremental release planning. Experience must include two years each of the following: leveraging knowledge of manufacturing requirements to launch new products; performing strategic planning and analysis of business activities; performing process analysis and implementing improvement; and project management. Experience may be gained concurrently.
