Job Summary
The Global Security Engineering Architect works with the Security Team to assess current and future security solutions and develop strategies and plans to enhance the overall security solution environment.
The architect has a grasp of complex cybersecurity theories and practices, as well as intricate cybersecurity ethics, laws and guidelines. He/she blends knowledge of security hardware and software, organizational needs, and cybersecurity risks with organizational policies and industry standards.
Analytical and problem-solving skills allow the architect to identify and mitigate security needs and challenges. They anticipate potential threats and design systems and solutions to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with security standards. They listen and adapt to organizations' needs and goals.
The architect possesses technological, administrative, and leadership skills to provide guidance to global team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design and support delivery of enterprise solutions that prioritize security while also considering resiliency, maintainability, ease of integration and cost-effectiveness
• Guide and mentor teams on secure architecture and design, keeping operational readiness, scalability and resiliency in mind
• Drive and ensure adoption of architectural security patterns
• Interface and communicate at peer and more senior levels of the organization, leading and driving decisions through influence and consensus building
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, assess business processes, and develop comprehensive and secure technical solutions for complex environments
• Continue to maintain knowledge of new and emerging cyber threats including tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Identify and escalate potential security risks to leadership and work with leadership to design and implement the appropriate remediations
• Supports and adheres to Company’s core values.

• Represents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers
Support of technology solutions: 10%
Work with Customers concerning security service offerings: 15%
Design, develop, assist with deployment of key security solutions: 50%
Be an integral extension of the Security Engineering and Security Ops team to identify and qualify security business opportunities, identify key technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical security challenges: 25%
Education & Experience:
• Required Minimum Years of Experience: 7+ to 10
Desired Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or similar education / experience.
• Experience designing and developing global security solutions
Required/Desired Certifications:
• CISSP or other security certifications is desired.

Working Conditions:
• Driving Status: Will drive on business for the Company more than 6 times per year.

Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time. The ability to see, hear, & speak in English. • Personal Protection Equipment/Other OHSAS-18001 Safety Requirements: Ensure the continued efforts and assist in achieving annual goals of health, safety, and environmental policies. Must be current with available OSHA/Safety Training provided by the Company. If required, must be able to work while wearing safety equipment such as hard hats, work boats, gloves, hearing protection, and others.

Pay is in the range of $112,965 - $162,627 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
