Technical Delivery Lead

The Technical Delivery Lead independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of the Landis+Gyr solution portfolio to address complex issues which arise at customer deployments. Utilizes expertise in specific applications to resolve issues which have escalated through the normal support tiers within the organization. Able to support specific products in the L+G portfolio (AMI, DA, ALM, MDM). Works on several escalations of moderate scope at once. Works closely with the sustaining organization to identify resolutions to problems and verify the fix prior to release to the customer. Responsible for regular reporting to leadership team on issues, progress, and concerns.


Expected Travel: Up to 25%

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as the solution expert on specific customer projects in the application of a specific product in the Landis+Gyr portfolio.
  • Support user acceptance test (UAT) activities to be performed on behalf of customers that includes requirement analysis, system integration testing, scale testing, proof of concept setup.
  • Acts as key partner with the assigned Project Manager and customer team to understand the customer escalated problem.
  • Provides effective executive level communications for technical issues and project updates as requested for customers and management team.
  • Provides proactive communications to customer, project manager and leadership regarding issues and concerns.
  • Stays informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization to recommend changes in programs or applications.    
  • Works with other L+G teams to define and deliver a resolution to the relevant CRM case(s).    
  • Supports and adheres to Company’s core values.
  • Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.
  • Supports and adheres to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
  • Represents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.

 

Education and Experience
Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Minimum Years of Experience: 4-6 years of experience

 

Desired Education/Experience
Possesses good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare customer and project communication documents
Ability to clearly articulate complex subject at the appropriate level of detail based on the audience
