For our global InfoSec team, we are looking for a highly motivated cyber security compliance analyst with focus IT audits.

 

In this role you will focus on compliance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and other IT and cyber security Frameworks for Landis+Gyr enterprise environment. The role will enhance the CyberSec control framework, will drive Landis+Gyr IT, OT, and CyberSec teams to provide the necessary evidence for these controls. This role will perform internal CyberSec and IT audits as well as work with external audit companies regards cyber security compliance audits. The role also coordinates the penetration tests performed by external companies.

This role in addition will help the business by checking and revising CyberSec terms and questions during contract negotiations so that these terms are aligned with the security control framework. This task requires to interface with Customers, Vendors, Legal, Sales, Bid Desk, Development Teams, IT, and Security Teams to ensure customer contracts are properly worded regards cyber security and that Landis+Gyr and its critical vendors can comply with the cyber security requirements in customer contracts.

 

Core accountabilities:

  • Responsibility for the compliance of Landis+Gyr enterprise environment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and other IT and cyber security Frameworks.
  • Audit enterprise IT and cyber security systems.
  • Work with external audit companies performing cyber security compliance audits and penetration tests.
  • Answer customer security requests during acquisition phase and on an ongoing basis.

 

Additional responsibilities: 

  • Overview the security compliance posture in the area of responsibility.
  • Build strong working relationships with all the required teams, so that they know what is expected from them and to facilitate any topics they face.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities in security compliance area on a global scale.
  • Work together with global and local InfoSec advisors in different Landis+Gyr sites, perform standard information security related tasks, and lead or participate in security compliance projects.
  • Assist InfoSec teams in maintaining the compliance framework.
  • Provide security related reports as per the agreed frequency and content.
  • Be an integral and active part of the global InfoSec team.
  • Active participation on handling security events/incidents and security policy exceptions.
  • Work with and enhance GRC related tools as required.
  • Up to 10% travelling within Americas.

Expectations for skills & experiences: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years’ being in cyber security environment in a private sector multi-national corporate organization.
  • Minimum of two (5) years being IT auditor
  • Solid reputation and being a valued business partner.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including consulting, team building and collaboration.
  • Must be able to communicate in the English effectively in both verbal and written form, every other language like Spanish or German would be advantageous.
  • Handles multiple tasks, high volume, and adheres to deadlines.
  • Information security and IT security certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar is a plus.
